In early 2016, Cyient established its presence in the Czech Republic with a new engineering center in Holešovice, Prague, and has since grown to 150 employees who focus on development projects in rolling stock, aviation, semiconductor, and power engineering.
Cyient’s newest development center is situated in one of the most scenic and diverse business districts in Prague 7, a riverside suburb and hub of art, design and entertainment. Since 2003, Cyient has partnered with one of the world’s largest rolling stock manufacturers to collaborate on a range of rail design and testing projects across Europe, including modern trams, subways, and a high-speed train capable of traveling up to 300 kph. We offer comprehensive rolling stock services and solutions for the complete development process.
As part of our design team, you will work with a team of talented professionals to manage exterior and interior design, integration of individual car body systems, and design of electrical diagrams and wiring harnesses. As a mechanical or electrical systems engineer, you will have an opportunity to manage validation and testing, and develop technical documentation, and operation and service manuals. You may also be responsible for helping our clients meet EMC and RAMS requirements.
Our aviation services division was founded in Prague in 2017 in response to the growing requirements of our clients in Europe. Since then, our work in aviation has been a major contributor to the growth of our Prague office.
As a member of our writing and illustration team, you will focus on preparing technical documentation for a leading aircraft engine producer, including a wide range of manuals according to various international standards.
Cyient has offered semiconductor solutions for more than 20 years, and the business is home to more than four hundred employees across the US, Europe, and Asia. Cyient also partners with many leading global companies. Our semiconductor division in Prague is responsible for some of our most progressive projects and outcomes. Our local projects include a wide range of automotive and aviation applications, standard commercial controllers, and radio frequency identification products.
Our semiconductor teams provide a variety of services related to the design of electronic circuits, including system modeling and design, digital testing and verification, mix-mode simulation, custom layout, support for testability and self-testing, validation, overall circuit manufacturing, and analog design and verification.
Cyient serves the world’s leading power generation equipment manufacturers, EPCs, and power plant owners across the energy conversion value chain. Our strategic customer relationships include delivering more than two million hours of professional services in structural, mechanical, instrumentation and controls engineering, and in probabilistic risk assessment to Westinghouse since 2010.
With an average of 10 years of industrial experience, our team of nearly 400 dedicated plant engineering staff provide plant engineering services from our Centers of Excellence in India and on site in the US.
